Joy, Hope, Possibility

The quiet is setting in now—the not knowing what to do next, the goodbye that hardly seems possible. One Hope has been more than a church; you have been our family. You have been the place where we have seen the goodness of God, experienced through the great love of God’s people.

When I look out at your faces, I see joy, hope, and possibility. Don’t forget: love God with all you are. Serve others with all you have. Grow together in grace and knowledge. Remember to see Jesus in everyone you meet, for each one is God’s beloved creation.  Don’t be afraid of change, for the changes you make could change someones life for the better. Be bold in your faithfulness to God and neighbor. Proclaim Jesus as your One Hope, for this is the gospel! And above all, pray for God’s will in every circumstance, trusting His good plan.

You will be loved, missed, and cherished. Thank you for being our family. Thank you for being our friends. We pray God blesses you richly—for you have been such a blessing to us.
