Men of hope
Men pursuing Christ wholeheartedly, encouraging one another faithfully, and making a difference eternally.
Who We Are
Men of Hope is the men’s ministry of One Hope Church of the Nazarene. It exists to help men grow in their walk with Christ, build meaningful friendships, and live with purpose in their homes, church, workplaces, and community. This ministry is for men of all ages and stages of life - young adults, husbands, fathers, grandfathers, single men, retired men, anyone who wants to grow in faith alongside other men.
At Men of Hope, we gather to encourage one another, study God’s Word, pray together, serve others, and talk honestly about the real challenges men face today. Our desire is to become men who lead with humility, love our families well, serve faithfully, and reflect the character of Jesus.
“AS IRON SHARPENS IRON, SO ONE PERSON SHARPENS ANOTHER.” - PROVERBS 27:17
Our Tuesday Morning Gathering is a time for men to come together around God’s Word. We walk through books of the Bible, study Scripture together, ask honest questions, and encourage one another to grow in faith. This gathering is a great opportunity to start the day focused on Christ and strengthened by brotherhood.
TUESDAY MORNING GATHERING (8 AM)
Saturday Morning Men’s Group (9 AM) | Bible and Breakfast
This group is designed for men who work hard throughout the week and need a place to be refreshed, encouraged, and spiritually strengthened. We gather on Saturday mornings to share a meal, open the Bible, pray together, and build meaningful friendships with other men who are seeking to follow Jesus in everyday life.
Serve Together
Men of Hope believes that service is worship. Whether it is handyman work, repairs, cutting grass, helping around the church, or meeting practical needs in the community, every act of service matters. Nothing done for God goes unseen. Serving together gives men the opportunity to use their skills, encourage one another, and enjoy fellowship while making a difference.
Fun and Fellowship
Men need time to laugh, relax, and build friendships. Throughout the year, Men of Hope gathers for fun fellowship opportunities such as hog roasts, men’s golf outings, and other events that help men connect outside of regular church gatherings. These moments create space for encouragement, friendship, and lasting brotherhood.
