We Serve With Purpose

At One Hope, we believe in Loving God, Serving Others, and Growing Together—and we hold tight to our core value: We Serve With Purpose. That means we’re dedicated to purposefully meeting the needs of others with love and compassion, all for the cause of Christ.

That calling doesn't stop at our doorstep—it stretches across the street and around the world.

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries just released their 2024 Global Impact Report, and the stories are incredible. Because of the generosity of churches like ours, over 2.5 million people received help and hope last year. Families in crisis were sheltered. Communities received clean water. Kids were educated, and lives were restored—all while the love of Jesus was shared.

When we give, when we pray, and when we go, we are part of that global movement of compassion.

Here’s something worth celebrating: 16.5% of our church’s annual budget goes out into the world to meet needs just like this. We believe in tithing to God as individuals—and we live that out as a church by tithing to the world together. Are you tithing? You can join us in this movement of generosity by starting to give today.

And we don’t just go globally—we show up locally, too.

On Sunday, April 27, we’re inviting our entire church to take part in Big Serve Sunday. We’ll gather at 10:00 AM for a brief time of prayer and worship, then head out into our community to serve with purpose. Whether it’s cleaning up our city, loving our neighbors, or lending a hand—we’re going to show our community that Jesus is our One Hope.
